Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order heads your way.
During busy seasons or new launches, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait.

Preorders

Some of our pieces are made in limited runs and offered as preorders.

Preorder items ship within 6–10 weeks
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and preorder items, they may ship together once everything is ready

For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.
